Join our Gallery Guide Volunteer Program

Would you like to share your fascination with the exhibitions at the Harvard Museum of Natural History and the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology with visitors? Would you welcome opportunities to meet others who also want to learn more about the Glass Flowers, ancient life, and earth sciences, biodiversity, or cultural history?

We have places in all disciplines for new Gallery Guide volunteers and invite you to join our growing Volunteer Program. Gallery Guides provide the interactive and interpretive links between visitors of all ages and the exhibits. You just need to bring your enthusiasm and make a commitment of one morning or afternoon a week. Museum education and collections staff will provide the training and support to help you engage visitors.
