Along a coastline of towering mountains, glaciers, steep fjords, and pack ice, view magnetic wildlife such as polar bears and walrus as well as thick-billed murres, red-throated loons, and snowy owls. On a backdrop of tundra discover Arctic poppies and muskoxen; in protected fjords visit remote villages and take helicopter excursions to view the ice cap; and on deserted islands and harbors view archaeological sites and abandoned outposts.
