In two sessions, Reynaliz Herrera and her company will perform using bicycles as their instruments.</p><p>	<strong>12:05 </strong>  <strong>Biking Safely for Fun and Fitness</strong> with Laura Smeaton, Bicycle Safety Instructor with MassBike</p><p>	MassBike is an organization that promotes a bicycle-friendly environment and encourages bicycling for fun, fitness, and transportation. Laura will show you what’s needed to ensure a safe and fun ride.</p><p>	<strong>12:25   </strong><strong>Basic Bicycle Maintenance</strong> with Adrienne Philson, Mobility Education Coordinator for the City of Cambridge</p><p>	Before you head out on your bike, make sure that it’s road ready. Adi will walk you through some basic tips for taking care of your bike so it is safe to ride. It’s as easy as ABC! (Tune in to find out what that means.)</p><p>	<strong>12:40</strong>   <strong>More Bicycle Beats and Q&amp;A</strong> with Reynaliz Herrera</p><p>	<strong>12:50 </strong>  <strong>Urban Bikeways</strong> with Cara Seiderman, Transportation Program Manager with the City of Cambridge </p><p>	Cambridge is known for being a great city in which to get around by bicycle, as evidenced by the changes to the streets and by increasing numbers of people riding Bluebikes and family-style bikes. Today, four times as many people bicycle through the city than they did fifteen years ago. Cara Seiderman will talk about the projects and programs involved in creating this bicycle-friendly city.</p><p>	This webinar is free and will be hosted on Zoom.</p><p>	To join the program, you will need to download the free Zoom app in advance.
